Nyoman Gunarsa Feel Disappointed

Hendra Dinata or Sinyo is released by the Denpasar Court as he was accused to immitate the Nyoman Gunarsa's painting. The Justice, Iwan Merta, said there is no prove that Hendra has immitate Gunarsa's. Gunarsa has never registered his paintings as an intelectual invention. Therefore, Hendra doesn't break the rule.

Nyoman Gunarsa feels disappointid for this decision and plan to register the case to the higher court.

For your information, this issue was released since 2002. At that time, Gunarsa's wife found a painting which was similar with her huband's completed with signature. The painting was found at Sinyo Gallery, Jln. Gatot Subroto, Denpasar.
